To mark the 5th anniversary of the declaration of “complete nuclear power,” North Korea is focusing on upgrading its nuclear power. We discuss with former senior officials whether China can use its influence to change North Korea’s math and bring it back to denuclearization talks. We will also talk about South Korea’s strategic choices, which are intricately entangled in the conflict between the United States and China.
