Auto Group General Motors declassified the interior of the new seven-seater crossover Chevrolet Blazer.
As you know, this modification was introduced by the developer in the fall of last year during the annual exhibition of the auto show in Guangzhou. Then the exterior of the seven-seater model of the popular cross was presented, but no information was disclosed about the interior. Now, developers have published the first images of the interior of the new model.
Judging by these images, the new product has received many changes inside the cabin. First of all, a large 10-inch “floating” digital display for controlling a multimedia system stands out against the general background. It is also expected to install a new dashboard, an additional unit to control the “climate” for passengers in the back row and a panoramic roof with electric sunroof.
After receiving the update, the seven-seater SUV decently increased in size. Now, the body length will be 4999 mm (the model will grow by 137 mm relative to the previous modification), and the width and height will be equal to 1953 and 1727 mm. The center distance for the crossover is set at around 2863 mm.
Regarding the technical capabilities of the SUV, it is known that the “grown up” novelty will be equipped with a 230-horsepower 2-liter turbocharged engine, which will be paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive system.
According to GM officials, the seven-seater SUV will be available only in sports versions. It will be distinguished from the classic version by special red inserts on the crossover body, a black radiator grille, tinted head optics, and also darkened wheel disks.
Trim will be made of genuine leather with red accents and eye-catching stitching on the seats.
It is reported that the new model will debut in the Chinese automobile market in early spring of this year. The expected cost of new items is 238,900 yuan, which will be equivalent to 2,277,000 rubles. Information regarding the possibility of an updated seven-seater Chevrolet Blazer in Russia is not currently disclosed.
