AMD Software: Fixed Bugs in Adrenaline Edition 22.11.2 Driver
AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 22.11.2 driver fixes the following bugs:
– In the Radeon RX 6000 series environment, intermittent driver hangs and black screens occur during VRChat video playback.
– On some AMD graphics products like Radeon 570, AMDRSServ.exe GPU usage remains at 100% even after exiting the game.
– In a multi-monitor environment with a high refresh rate Radeon RX 6000 GPU + monitor and a low refresh rate monitor, intermittent driver lags and black screens occur during video playback and window switching.
・ In the Radeon RX 6000 series environment, stuttering may occur when playing videos with hardware acceleration enabled in Firefox.
Known bug
AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 22.11.2 driver has the following known bugs:
・ If you play two videos at the same time on a Chromium-based browser, the PC may freeze intermittently or the UI may flicker.
– When using a Chromium-based browser on a stretched display with variable refresh rate enabled, frame drops may occur when playing games while playing videos.
・ In some AMD graphics product environments such as Radeon RX 6700 XT, the display may temporarily become strange when switching between the video window and the game window.
– Textures may flicker or display artifacts when playing Warhammer 40,000: Darktide
