When the Government announced the delivery of this sum, it estimated that around 3,600,000 people would be in a position to receive it, so the final number of 7,854,816 is above double the projected although below the 11 million that were registered.
At that first moment it was announced that they would be received by those families in which there is no other income, that is, there are no formal employees, or retirees, pensioners or monotributistas of the highest categories.
The payment of $ 10,000, which will demand a disbursement of $ 80,000 million from the State, will begin to take effect on April 21 for those who have a bank account and on May 6 for those who do not have it and charge by alternative means, such as electronic wallets or money withdrawal mechanisms in ATMs without cards.
Meanwhile, people who prefer to charge by other means of payment, will be able to choose them from Thursday 16; Anses will provide instructions in this regard through its website.
The people who will receive the $ 10,000 of the Emergency Family Income (IFE) are informal workers, private household employees, category A and B monotributistas, social monotributistas and beneficiaries of Universal Child Allowance (IFE) and Pregnancy Allowance (AE) .
The requirements are to be between 18 and 65 years old, to be Argentine, naturalized, or to have a residence of more than two years in the country.
As indicated by Anses, the family group is key to know if a person charges the IFE or not. The composition of the same is holder, spouse, minor children and children between 18 and 25 years who do not prove a different address.
Likewise, the family group should not have income from:
-I work as employees
-Monotributista Category C or higher
-Incompatible social plans
In a conference at the Government House, the head of the Anses, Alejandro Vanoli, specified that the emergency bond for $ 10,000 had already been received by 2,389,764 beneficiaries of the AUH and pregnancy aid.
Meanwhile, 9,672,443 people who do not have the AUH or the AE registered to receive the bonus. From that universe, 5,464,552 people will access the IFE for meeting the requirements while 4,207,891 people were left out for not meeting them.
Of those who met the requirements of the Anses, 2,021,144 belong to family groups with two or more people, while 3,443,408 family groups correspond to a single person (one-person).
Who accesses the IFE by province
Buenos Aires leads the ranking of provinces with the most beneficiaries of the $ 10,000 bond with 2,832,340. Córdoba followed with 651,560 and Santa Fe with 608,620.
Among the provinces with the fewest beneficiaries are Tierra del Fuego with 20,720; Santa Cruz, with 41,012 and La Pampa, with 52,337.
In this context, Buenos Aires has 1,681,096 informal workers who will enjoy the IFE; 177,798 monotributistas and 58,491 employees of private households.
Córdoba, meanwhile, has 401,191 informal workers who will take out the Anses bonus; 51,229 monotributistas and 15,829 employees of private households. Likewise, Santa Fe has 379,592 informal; 45,637 monotributistas and 14,804 employees of private households.
Main reasons for the rejection of the IFE
There were 2,080,151 people who registered having provincial or national dependency income, being a category C or higher single-tax or autonomous.
In addition, 715,163 were incorrectly registered as they had Income from social security benefits. Another 647,646 were left out of the bond as it was liquidated to the owner of the family group.
A group of 595,834 did not pass the registration due to not having updated personal data. On the other hand, there were 426,409 people who were rejected for having incompatible social plans or unemployment insurance.
Another 277,054 will not charge it for having income, expenses or assets registered in AFIP while 196,686 do not meet the residency requirement.
When will the rest of the beneficiaries start collecting
IFE beneficiaries will start collecting it from next April 21 in the case of those who declared a bank account, and the rest from next May 6.
Those who do not have it must inform alternative ways such as electronic wallets or withdrawal mechanisms in ATMs without a card and may do so starting from Thursday of next week.
With the $ 10,000 bond, the Government seeks to partially contain the fall in economic activity, especially in the informal sector, amid the social, preventive and compulsory isolation caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
