The COVID-19 pandemic has caused serious problems worldwide in all social spheres, such as the United States, one of the nations most affected by the outbreak that has paralyzed the largest economy in the world. Therefore, different companies have carried out actions to support the fight against this virus.

One of these causes is organized by the LA Galaxy, club of Major League Soccer (MLS). Through different actions, the team seeks support in different sectors that has affected American society.

The most outstanding proposal of the campaign, entitled “Together at home”, is he raffle for a t-shirt from one of his players. However, the footballer they chose is the one who has drawn the most attention since his arrival in the American league: the Mexican striker Javier “Chicharito” Hernández.

Those interested in supporting the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank can donate through www.lafoodbank.org/donate. Donations help provide food to those affected by the closure of schools and other businesses. Four meals are provided for each dollar donated.
