The Lakers have won two away games in a row, first defeating the Bucks and then killing the Wizards. They have recently won three in a row. In the last 10 games, they have 8 wins and 2 a loss

It’s not like the Lakers who have been “bad” in the last two years, is it!

“AD” Anthony Davis played like the MVP of the year, averaging 35 points and 15 rebounds in the last 10 games, and his shooting percentage was above 60%. Many of the Lakers’ role players have been adjusted in place, Russell Westbrook has become the most important ball-catching point and the creativity of the Lakers’ bench. Austin Reaves has successfully played the role of the Lakers’ backcourt organization and 3D+ driver Lonnie Walker Output Jr.’s stable, great speed and explosive power make the Lakers more horsepower.

“Old James” LeBron James is indeed a power delegate, making HR the core of the Lakers’ offense and defense. The most inadequate position for the Lakers is the small forward The 198 cm forward, Troy Brown Jr., is getting better. Although he is not fully in place, he still has room and talent to dig.

The Lakers lineup and combination is not perfect. They also need a better small forward with height and speed who can defend, throw to the perimeter, and be good at running empty-handed. The model player here is Trevor Ariza, the small forward who won the Lakers championship and James Posey, the small forward of the Heat. He does not possess the ball in 3 positions.

Judging from the current performance of the Lakers and the degree of offensive and defensive integration of the team, the Lakers still need to trade Russell Westbrook?

“The Lakers should not consider trading Turtles anymore”

“The Lakers can pick up a suitable small forward of 200-205 cm from the free market, but there is no need to force him”

“If a trade is absolutely necessary and has to be an option, guard Kendrick Nunn can be sent away.” “If you really want to lay off people to make room, small forward Juan Toscano-Anderson, who is no longer in the rotation lineup, can give it up.”

The Lakers backcourt is now complete. Dennis Schroder, Turtle, and Patrick Beverley all have the ball and creativity. Austin Reaves is comprehensive and easy to use offensively and defensively. Not is in possession of the ball. The Lakers backcourt defense is not first class, but it is good enough and deep enough to deal with every strong team.

Troy Brown still has room to improve, youngsters have talent to tap, the Lakers coaching staff must be patient and refine this small forward more.

In the penalty court, the center Thomas Bryant with a height of 208 cm and the forward Wenyen Gabriel with a height of 205 cm are incredible laborers and defenders. Lao Zhan helps to protect the penalty court and rebound defense, which very suitable as a protective sacrifice.

The Lakers’ main rotation lineup is almost complete and in its place, only adjustments and upgrades are needed.

Customization takes time and luck, and power and combat equipment can only be upgraded through trading, but there are risks as well.

“No trade is the best decision for the Lakers’ current situation”

“With height and perimeter + defensive small forward, there may be suitable candidates on the free market. The Lakers can wait.”

“The Lakers team has a tacit understanding, personnel rotation, and role players are taking shape. This is the best decision not to move the main core force”

“Lakers coach Darvin Ham’s employment, training and trust between players is on track”

“Old Zhan can continue to play more consistently and better, and the turtle’s error control can be even better.”

“Austin Reaves’ playing time, role, and tactical ball rights can be increased. He can help the Lakers team better.”

The Lakers have a strange vibe right now: Austin Reaves on the court, on the ball, off the ball, he can help the Lakers improve. Even if the second-year NBA rookie is benched and the veterans, Patrick Beverley, and Dennis Schroder play the main game, giving up time and space, the Lakers have depth of length

Rookie with rookie cognition, plays hard to hit the ball, seizes opportunities to show maximum value, plays competent teammates and benches off the court, doesn’t worry about playing time and space, and not with being confused by Austin’s tactical roles and properties. Reaves is very special.

The Lakers are on the right path, the team, the offense and the defense are cohesive, the Lakers do not need and will not trade “Turtle” Russell Westbrook.
