Tower 5 of Cha Kwo Ling Laguna City was included in the mandatory testing announcement last Wednesday (November 30), requiring specified persons to be tested in the next two days. After the deadline expired, the government carried out a surprise inspection of the building this morning (4th) and found that 11 people had failed to comply with the mandatory testing announcement. The authorities have issued orders mandatory testing for them, and 4 of them were also issued a fixed penalty notice of 10,000 yuan.

The Office of Innovation, Technology and Industry and its departments, together with the Kwun Tong Police District and the Department of Health, checked the test certificates of 268 people who were tested at the entrance and exit of the building from about 8:30 am to 11:30 am , and it was found that 11 people did not comply with the announcement of the mandatory test.

The government emphasizes that anyone who fails to comply with the mandatory testing announcement can be fined 10,000 yuan and receive a mandatory testing order requiring testing within a certain period. Violators can be fined 50,000 yuan and imprisoned for 6 months.
