The main symptoms of contagious fever are high fever, cough, cold, sore throat, sneezing, body aches, nasal congestion and vomiting. Doctors say the symptoms are similar to those of Kovid but not dangerous and usually go away in three to four days.
Things to look out for in case of contagious fever:
Paracetamol (Panadol) Adults can take 500 mg tablet three times a day in case of contagious fever. If you have a high fever, you can take the pill every 6 hours. Steam and rinse with lukewarm salt water. Eat hot food and drink plenty of soup and hot water. Eat more leafy vegetables and less sugary fruits. If the fever does not go away after 3 days or the body pain increases, consult a doctor.
