MicrosoftWe have announced that the internal preview version has fixed the slow file copy bug that occurred in Windows 11 version 22H2.
Since its release, Windows 11 22H2 has a problem, when copying a large file (several GB) to a Windows 11 22H2 machine via a remote computer (for example, SMB), the transfer speed is about 40% slower than it should be. Additionally, this bug is said to also occur in the local environment.
Microsoft fixed this bug in Windows11 Insider Preview Build 25252 released on November 28, 2022. Windows 11 22H2 was released on September 21, 2022, and was finally installed after about two months.
However, only the Insider Preview version was stable, and the regular version has yet to be installed. If there is no problem with the Insider Preview version, it will be fixed in the regular version of Windows 11 22H2.
