The FGTB and Setca denounce decisions passed in force by the management.
Since 6 a.m. on Monday, around fifty delegates and staff from the FGTB Chimie and Setca-CG have been blocking access to vaccine shipments on the site of the pharmaceutical company GSK in Gembloux.
The action, which is scheduled to last until around 3 p.m., has nothing to do with the current Renault collective dismissal procedure.
“We denounce the forceful passage of management on a series of measures,” explains permanent Setca Ludovic Calonne.
And to cite the refusal to grant staff a consumption check of 300 euros and a bonus linked to telework, the extension in July and August of parental leave corona which has not been granted or even a reduction in the use of under- contracting which there is not on the agenda either.
“On certain points, it is not so much the subject that poses the problem but the way of managing it,” said Ludovic Calonne.
If, during the course of the day, the management makes a proposal for dialogue to the socialist union, which is overwhelmingly in the majority at GSK, the stake should be lifted, indicates the unionist. Otherwise, he warns, there will be a new blocking action organized this week or next week.
