A 30-year-old man, Son Mo, was arrested on the 29th for murdering a 74-year-old building owner in a gosiwon in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul.
Judge Kim Sang-woo of the Seoul Central District Court in charge of warrants issued a warrant saying, “There is a risk of running away” after questioning the suspect before his arrest (examination of the validity of the warrant).
