Le Pappardelle to Pursue Legal Action After Rai 1 Harassment
While acknowledging that respectful disagreement and negative opinions are a normal part of public exposure, the trio stated that certain comments crossed clear legal boundaries.
Of course, along with all the positive messages, we’ve always read the negative ones as well. We’ve never responded to the many criticisms, because freedom of opinion is sacrosanct, and we’ve never claimed to please everyone. However, while some comments have remained polite even when expressing negative opinions about us, others have clearly crossed the line not only of politeness, but also of legality.

Nepotism Accusations and Direct Profanity
According to the group’s statements, the online abuse included specific allegations of nepotism and unverified claims regarding their interactions with the show’s production team. The contestants explicitly cited accusations of professional favors, insinuations of sexual acts with program editors, and direct profanity such as being called "tre, pu*ne".
We don’t want to waste time explaining a concept that’s very simple to us: that on the other side of a phone screen are people, with their insecurities and vulnerabilities, who, simply for putting themselves on the line, find themselves having to deal with so much negativity. What’s important to us now is to act on these comments: insinuations of sexual advances, alleged sexual acts with the editorial staff, insults such as “threesome, bitch,” etc., are all effectively subject to legal action.

Community Appeal for Screenshots and Evidence
To support their upcoming legal filings, Le Pappardelle have asked members of the Facebook community to share preserved evidence of the harassment. The trio noted that while they managed to capture several derogatory remarks, additional screenshots from followers will help ensure proper accountability.
