Lee Jae-myung, a standing adviser to the Democratic Party, who came to the National Assembly for the first time amid the support of his supporters.

As if conscious of the party’s situation in the deep red due to the election defeat, he bowed deeply from the waist in front of the reporters.

He emphasized a low stance and withheld whether to challenge the party.

“I’m listening to[the supporters’ opinions]with a low attitude and humbly. I haven’t thought much about the convention part because I have plenty of time left.”

In a situation where the pro-municipal offensive is strong that an unreflected appearance led to the defeat of the local election, it seems that the intention is to avoid escalating conflicts by responding.

However, pro-Moon lawmakers are spreading the theory of responsibility for Lee Jae-myung, saying that they should not run for party leader, and Lee Nak-yeon, who competed with Lee Jae-myung during the primary, emphasized justice while going to study in the United States for a year.

“Some people curse and attack. May you overcome them with justice and goodness.”

In response, pro-Lee Jae-myung-gye protests against the pro-moon movement, saying that this torture should not be used as a scapegoat.

As the internal redness continued, the Democratic Party elected a four-term lawmaker, Woo Sang-ho, as the new vice chairman.

“I am determined to do my part to create a figure of being born again by analyzing the losers of the election without losing sight of the color of the Democratic Party.”

While it is predicted that factional conflicts within the party will be inevitable as long as Advisor Jae-myung Lee’s challenge to the party remains a variable, attention is being paid to how the new lieutenant will manage this conflict until the August convention.
