The production team features director Lee Kwon, who previously directed A Shop for Killers,

Cast and Character Roles in the Netflix Series
Lee Jung-eun steps into her first action role following her appearance in My Daughter Is a Zombie,
which ranked among South Korea’s top-grossing films of 2025. In The Shooter,
she plays Jeong Suk-ja, a woman in her seventies whose quiet routine gets shattered when her grandson is attacked. The incident forces her to pick up a firearm for the first time since she was young, pulling her into answers regarding the powerful Chunghwa Group and an unexpected partnership.
Kim Moo-yul joins the cast fresh off the global hit Teach You a Lesson,
reuniting with Lee four years after they starred together in Juvenile Justice.
Kim plays Seo Yeon-woo, the strategist behind Jeong’s push for revenge who brings a sharp eye for judgment and motives of his own.
Additional cast members fill out the organizational structure of the Chunghwa Group:

- Huh Joon-ho plays Jang Kwang-cheol, who once led the Heukseong Gang and has since risen to chair Chunghwa Group.
