BOSSIER CITY, La. (KTAL / KMSS) – A man who was filmed swimming in the indoor aquarium of the Bass Pro Shop in Bossier City earlier this week was identified and arrested by police.

According to the Bossier City Police Service, Kevin Wise, 26, of Slidell, is charged with simple property damage, which is an offense.

The video, captured by Treasure McGraw, shows Wise swimming in the aquarium, exiting and then running out of the Bass Pro Shop.

BCPD says that Wise returned to the store and was then arrested by subpoena and released on subpoena.

A complaint was filed with Bossier City police on Friday morning after Bass Pro Shop determined there would be costs associated with draining and cleaning the 13,000-gallon aquarium, which is home to local fish species of the region.
