Only six weeks to go before the start of the new Premier League season.
Leeds United are likely to be involved in the first round of matches on 12 September, with only those clubs still participating in the European competitions in August being delayed.
It means that whites are under pressure for their transfers to be quickly insured before the start of the new season.
With that in mind, here are the latest gossip from the whole Premier League.
Juve beats United against the wolf star
Spanish outlet AS They claim that Juventus is approaching an agreement for Raul Jimenez, with the Italian giants ready to beat Manchester United on the signing of the wolf star.
Yesterday it was reported in Portugal that the Mexican striker was reaching Old Trafford due to the wolves’ inability to qualify for the Champions League.
Yet reports in Spain now say the 29-year-old is approaching a £ 72m transfer to Juventus.
Jimenez has scored 27 goals in all wolf competitions this season, attracting the attention of the best clubs across Europe.
Penne Upamecano new deal
Many Premier League teams have been hit by the news that Dayot Upamecano has signed a new deal at RB Leipzig.
The Bundesliga central defender’s contract would expire next summer, which had raised hopes among clubs that a reduced-price transfer could have been made while Leipzig tried to prevent the 21-year-old from leaving for free.
Arsenal was the most strongly linked to French, but the Gunners’ hopes of signing it this summer seem to be over.
The new Upamecano agreement will last until 2023.
On Friday 17 July Leeds United was promoted to the Premier League, ending its 16-year exile in the top flight. The championship title followed the next day, ending a 28-year drought of trophies.
Wins against Derby County and Charlton Athletic followed before skipper Liam Cooper lifted the championship trophy as the party atmosphere continued throughout the city and beyond.

The Rangers beat the Premier League competition with the signature
The Rangers beat the Premier League competition to sign Blackpool starlet Tony Weston.
The 16-year-old had been connected with Southampton, Everton and Leeds, but instead moved north of the border for a declared tax in the region of £ 250,000.
Southampton had previously approached the signing of an agreement for the striker, who had already appeared for Blackpool in senior football.
