After boarding, the woman’s seat was occupied, and the flight attendant was kind enough to arrange another seat next to the window.
The woman finally found out she was in the wrong seat two hours before the plane landed, and when the flight attendant handed out the customs declaration form, she couldn’t fill it in correctly because she didn’t have a passport. After communicating with the stewardess, she learned that she had actually boarded an international flight.
Mexican low-cost airline Volaris is understood to have been to blame.
