‘Monster Hunter Rise’, enjoyed on all consoles, announces platform expansion

The latest work in the ‘Monster Hunter’ series, which produces many maniacs around the world, expands its territory beyond Nintendo and PC to all console platforms. Capcom announced on the 2nd that it plans to release its ‘Monster Hunter Rise’ also on major platforms such as PS and Xbox.

‘Monster Hunter Rise’ is the latest in Capcom’s action hunting series, which was officially released on Nintendo Switch and PC in March last year and January this year, respectively. The game is equipped with a number of different systems from its predecessor, ‘Monster Hunter World’, such as the operation of insect wires and dragon control, and is one of Capcom’s representative hits, with cumulative sales of more than 11.2 million of copies.
Having already achieved excellent results in the previous Nintendo Switch and PC versions, this platform expansion is expected to add great strength to the continued success of ‘Monster Hunter Rise’.

This platform expansion, including PS, Xbox, and Game Pass, supports 4K resolution, 60 frames, 3D sound, 21:9 ultra-wide display, etc. If you use a compatible monitor, you can enjoy games at 120 frames based on 1080p.
In addition, a filter function that can change the overall atmosphere of the game, such as black and white, sepia, Japanese style, and national style, and its own voice chat function are added, and in the case of the PS5 version, actions such as use various weapons and shield guards respond to adaptive triggers.

Meanwhile, the additional platform version of ‘Monster Hunter Rise’ will be released on January 20, 2023 through PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, etc., and will be added to Xbox Game Pass on the day of release.
