[10日 ロイター] – Elon Musk, the businessman who bought the US Twitter, said on the 10th that there is a possibility of bankruptcy. Reported by Bloomberg.

On the day, US regulators also issued a warning to the company, as well as the resignation of several senior executives.

According to Bloomberg, Mr. Musk said in a conference call with employees that bankruptcy could not be ruled out.

Bloomberg and news site Platformer also reported that executives Yoel Roth and Robin Wheeler resigned.

Sources familiar with the matter confirmed this to Reuters, but the two did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Chief Security Officer Lee Kisner also announced his resignation on Twitter on the same day. Twitter’s chief privacy officer (CPO) and chief compliance officer (CCO) have also retired, according to an internal Twitter message seen by Reuters.
