Sony announced July selection PlayStation Plus a couple of days earlier than usual, but for a good reason – on June 29, 2010, that is, exactly 10 years ago, the service was first introduced to the world.

In honor of the significant event, subscribers will immediately receive three free games:

  • Rise of the Tomb Raider with DLC space
  • NBA 2K20
  • Erica.

Games will be available for activation on July 7, and a selection for August should be presented on July 29.

In addition, a free theme for PS4 in honor of the 10th anniversary of the service will appear before the end of the week, and from July 4 to 5, an active subscription will not be required to play multiplayer.
