Qatar World Cup 2022: Korea, come-from-behind victory over Portugal… Advance to round of 16 after 12 years

With a 2-1 come-from-behind victory over Portugal, Korea achieved the feat of advancing to the round of 16 at the World Cup for the first time in 12 years.

The soccer teams of Korea and Portugal Group H played the group stage of the Qatar 2022 World Cup at 0:00 am (Korea time) on the 3rd at the Education City Stadium in Al Rayyan, Qatar.

At the same time, Uruguay won 2-0 against Ghana and tied the score with Korea Republic, but Korea scored more goals and progressed to the round of 16 as the second place in Group H.
