So this is really the reason why the Rajasthan Royals did not cheat

Rajasthan Royals did not win the final of the 2022 IPL. The shadow fell on the dreams of the fans to win the title under the leadership of Malayalee player Sanju Samson.

The Gujarat Titans, the maiden team in the tournament, defeated the Royals. But before the final, there was another team that confirmed Rajasthan’s defeat, Royal Challengers Bangalore.

In a sense, it was the curse of the RCB that defeated the Rajasthan Royals. The RCB has ‘cursed’ not only the Rajasthan Royals but many other teams from the cup.

None of the teams that beat Royal Challengers in the knockout stages have been able to clinch the title. The essence is that the team that knocked RCB out of the playoffs did not become champions.

In 2010, the misfortune befell the Mumbai Indians. Mumbai Indians, who beat RCB in the semi-finals, were destined to lose to Chennai Super Kings in the final.

Chennai, who knocked out Royal Challengers in 2015, could not cheat either. In the final, Chennai lost to Mumbai Indians.

This was followed by a similar experience for the Sunrisers in 2020 and the Kolkata Knight Riders in 2021. Mumbai Indians beat Sunrisers in 2020 and Chennai Super Kings beat KKR in 2021 to become champions.

Rajasthan Royals and Sanju will face the same curse in 2022. The Pink team that came to lift the trophy for Shane Warne was doomed to defeat in the final.

However, the RCB was destined to lose in the semi – finals after reaching the final. They reached the finals in the 2009, 2011 and 2016 seasons but lost three times.

In 2009, Deccan Chargers refused to lift Royal Challengers, but in 2011 Chennai Super Kings and in 2016 Sunrisers Hyderabad defeated Royal Challengers.
