Mr Puchaphong Nodthaisong, Secretary General of the National Economy and Digital Society Commission The Office of the National Economy and Digital Society Commission (NESDB) said that NBS is inviting new generations to apply for scholarships. Under the framework of cooperation with the Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization (APSCO) for the year 2023 as part of the mission to build a potential workforce. It supports the space economy, which is the business opportunity of the future, and is also one of the 10 targeted industries (S-Curve) that the government aims to drive the Thai economy.
For scholarships under the cooperation framework, there are 3 scholarships, which include
1. PhD Scholarships in space engineering (APSCO-HIT-PhD-2023 Program) from the Harbin Institute of Technology of the People’s Republic of China (Registration closes on December 9, 2022)
2. Master’s degree and Ph.D scholarships. in aerospace management and engineering from Zhejiang University of the People’s Republic of China (Registration closes on 31 December 2022)
and 3. Scholarships for master’s degree and doctorate in surveying and mapping. from Wuhan University of the People’s Republic of China (Open to apply from 1 December 2022 – 15 February 2023)
