Spider step ‘saves’ Pak star; Rohit and Pandya hot on the ground – India Pakistan | Cricket

Melbourne – Captain Rohit Sharma and all-rounder Hardik Pandya lost control on the ground after the spider hit the camera during the India-Pakistan Twenty20 World Cup match. The Indian players made their displeasure public on the ground when the ball, which should have been caught, hit the camera and missed. The referee then intervened and removed the spider step from the main part of the ground where the match was being held.

Muhammad Nawaz’s shot hit the spider camera in the 16th over while Pakistan were batting. At this time, Pandya was standing to catch the ball. After losing the ball, Hardik expressed his disappointment. The umpire asked to remove the camera before the next ball was bowled. The footage of the event was also released.

Despite missing the catch, Hardik Pandya later claimed the wicket of Mohammad Nawaz. Nawaz Pandya, who scored nine runs off six balls, was caught by wicketkeeper Dinesh Karthik.
