Stacey Solomon has announced that it will take leave of social media to honor Caroline Flack on the day of her funeral.
the Love island the host was found dead at his London home last month at the age of 40.
In a post on the site, Stacey wrote: “Today, it doesn’t seem fair to be on social media.
“So from me and the boys, we hope you have a good day.
“Hold your loved ones close to you, give them all the hugs you have inside and tell them how much you need in your life.
“You never know when they might really need to know. I love you all.
“If you have trouble thinking about tomorrow today, please let someone know. Anyone.”
Stacey’s boyfriend Joe Swash was friends with Caroline and paid tribute to her at the Dancing On Ice final on Sunday.
He took the ice for a performance inspired by Charlie Chalplin and a poster was pasted on the set with the slogan “Be Kind” written on it.
The words were used by Caroline in one of her latest Instagram posts.
Sharing the meaning of the sign, he explained, “I asked them [Dancing On Ice] if they could put the words Be nice on a poster, then what they did was put that poster up and put the words “Be nice” at the top.
The thoughtful star added, “Obviously we have lost Caroline and we are trying to spread the word, we need everyone to be nicer.”
Joe previously worked with Caroline on two seasons of the companion show of I’m A Celebrity until 2011.
It is unknown if Caroline’s famous friends will attend her funeral today, although her boyfriend Lewis Burton is there to rest her.
