According to media reports, many football media sources revealed that Li Tie is under investigation and has confessed to three former Chinese men’s football players. Tianyancha App shows that Wuhan Zall Professional Football Club Co, Ltd (now renamed Wuhan Changjiang Football Club Co, Ltd) was established in February 2011. The legal representative is Tian Xudong, with registered capital of 105 million yuan. The scope of the business includes the operation of sports venues and facilities; Wholesale and retail of supplies and equipment; sports competition organization, etc., wholly owned by Zall Culture and Tourism Group Co., Ltd. The company wholly holds Wuhan Zhuo Ti Agricultural Tourism Co., Ltd., Wuhan Zall Football Town Industry Co., Ltd., and also holds 4% of the shares of the Chinese Super League Co., Ltd.

Risk information shows that Wuhan Changjiang Football Club has been sued by Shaanxi Comand Sports Co, Ltd due to a dispute over the brokerage contract. The award document shows that Comand Sports and Wuhan Zall signed a contract in July 2019, agreeing that Li Wei would operate Chen Yuhao from Zhejiang Yiteng Football Club to join Wuhan Zall Football Club on loan, and Wuhan Zall would pay a brokerage fee of 500,000 yuan in total.. The plaintiff Chen Yuhao joined Wuhan Zall according to the agreement, but the defendant refused to pay the fee on the grounds of poor capital turnover. The court found that the defendant’s refusal to pay the fee constituted a breach of contract, and ordered him to pay 500,000 yuan of commission fee and late interest to the plaintiff. It is worth noting that according to previous media reports, Li Tie is the main consultant of Comand Sports.
