(Reuters) – Ukraine’s Energy Minister Kharshchenko said on Wednesday that 30 percent of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure had been hit by Russian missile attacks on Saturday and Sunday. He said in an interview with CNN.
“I want to send a message to our partners that we need to defend the air,” said Kharshchenko, who said Russia was ignoring international rules.
The Ukrainian government is urging citizens to conserve electricity after days of attacks caused power cuts in some areas.
