A woman in her 20s died early Wednesday morning following a single-vehicle crash in west Dublin, according to reports from RTÉ and The Irish Times. The collision occurred on the roadway between the Snugborough Road and Cappagh Road roundabouts. According to reporting by The Irish Times, the victim was the sole occupant of the vehicle involved in the crash. She was pronounced dead at the scene a short time after emergency responders arrived.

Investigation and Traffic Disruptions in West Dublin

The crash site remains cordoned off to allow Garda technical specialists to conduct a full forensic examination. The local coroner has been formally notified of the fatality. Authorities have confirmed that a postmortem examination will be scheduled.
