Bhubaneswar: Gokulam Kerala won the Indian Women’s League football for the fourth time in a row. Gokulam defeated Mata Rugmini Football Club by eight wickets.
Soumya netted twice as Ghana’s Elshadai scored a hat-trick. Manisha Kalyan, Manasa and Jyothi also scored. Manasa, a chicken cooper, became the second Malayalee to score a goal in the Indian Women’s League. Gokul’s next match is against Ara FC on Thursday.
