President Putin must show his will to end the war.

“If President Putin is interested in deciding to find a way to end the war, I’m ready to talk to him.”

However, President Biden added that President Putin is not yet.

If Putin is willing to end the war, he has promised to discuss it with France and its NATO allies, even if he goes to the US-Mirror summit.

Although they have left open the possibility of a summit meeting with the United States to turn the tide towards the end of the war in Ukraine, it seems that they are still not in a position to enter into talks immediately.

This position of the United States is also confirmed through the mouth of the Russian foreign minister.

When asked about the possibility of a summit in Washington, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that he “does not avoid contact” but “has not heard any serious ideas yet.”
