By virtue of Section 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situations, B.E. 2548 and Section 11 of the State Administration Act, B.E. 1991 CCC) as follows:

1. Determination of tourism pilot areas To set up a pilot area (Sandbox) for tourism. to drive the country’s economy in parallel with the formulation of integrated disease control and prevention measures in the area by considering the suitability, readiness and context of each area in order to enforce appropriately and specifically from the provincial area according to the situation

2. Establishment of integrated control measures in tourism pilot areas for places, businesses or activities in tourism pilot areas. can be opened under conditions, timelines, system arrangements, regulations, and preventive measures prescribed by the government, such as universal prevention measures, Covid Free Setting measures, as well as measures under the law on communicable diseases that those responsible for Each area is specific.

3. 5. 6. Adjusting the level of the sub-scenario area within the tourism pilot area and the determination of additional measures for each province to the Governor of Bangkok with the approval of the Bangkok Communicable Disease Committee or the provincial governor with the approval of the Provincial Communicable Disease Committee, as the case may be, to submit to the Action Center Covid-19 Situation Administration Center (Prof. B.E.C.) to examine, screen, and propose to the Prime Minister to consider adjusting the intensity or relaxation of the sub-situation area at the local level or district in the provincial area. in their responsibilities according to the necessity of the COVID-19 epidemic situation at different times
