At Mobile Congress India 2022, a low-cost 5G smartphone ‘Lava Blaze 5G’ was unveiled.
Compared to the ‘Lava Blaze Pro’ released last month, the ‘Lava Blaze 5G’ model unveiled this time is characterized by being powered by a MediaTek Dimension City 700 chipset.
The front has a 6.5-inch LCD display that supports a 90Hz refresh rate and 720p resolution, and a fingerprint scanner is provided on the side. It has 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The storage capacity can be expanded using the microSD card slot.
It comes with a 50MP main camera on the back, an 8MP selfie camera on the front, and a 5000mAh battery. The operating system runs on Android version 12. Other features include a USB-C port, Bluetooth 5.1, dual SIM cards and dual VoLTE support.
The ‘Lava Blaze 5G’ model will be released on October 24 during Diwali, one of India’s biggest festivals. The price is said to be around 10,000 rupees (around 170,000 won).
