TRUE Issues 5 bonds 3.00-4.90% General-Institutions-Major Sales 10-15 Aug. : InfoQuest

Ms. Yupa Leewongcharoen, Group Chief Financial Officer, True Corporation Plc. (TRUE), said that True Group has added options for investors to grow and transition into the new technology world together with bonds. Named unsubordinated, unsecured, interest payments every 3 months throughout the term of the debentures. The minimum subscription amount is 100,000 baht and multiplying 100,000 baht per time. It is expected that the subscription will be available on 10-11 and 15 August through Bangkok Bank. Kasikorn Bank Siam Commercial Bank, CIMB Thai Bank and TMB Bank Thanachart

For debentures prepared for sale to general investors (Public Offering) in the amount of 3 sets as follows:

1. Debentures Series 1, maturity 3 years 3 months, fixed interest rate 4.00% p.a.

2. The 2nd tranche of debentures has a maturity of 4 years in which the issuer has the right to redeem the debentures prior to the maturity date. Fixed interest rate 4.25% per annum

3. The 3rd tranche of debentures has a maturity of 5 years in which the issuer has the right to redeem the debentures before the maturity date. Fixed interest rate 4.90% p.a.

and offered to large investors and/or institutions (PP-II&HNW) in the amount of 2 sets as follows:

4. The 4th tranche of debentures has a maturity of 1 year with a fixed interest rate of 3.00% per annum.

5. The 5th tranche of debentures has a maturity of 2 years with a fixed interest rate of 3.25% per annum.

The Company and the Company’s Debentures has been rated for reliability in the “BBB+” Outlook: “Positive” outlook from TRIS Rating Co., Ltd. on July 5, 2022.

In this regard, the proceeds from the sale of debentures will be used to repay debentures and/or borrowings due and use as working capital to support the growth of the company.
